Our Story

Hello Lovelies!
Welcome, and THANK YOU for Visiting My Shop!
Necklaces would catch on hangers and hooks- making them snap. Bracelets would catch on threads of clothing- and when I took my hand away- the sweater I snagged would sometimes follow suit. Unsurprisingly, my problematic experience with costume jewelry only got worse. Wearing necklaces for an entire shift made my skin ITCHY, a red dotted rash where the metal had been, now scaled the circumference of my neck. I also realized how quickly my jewelry tarnished, having to dispose of it much sooner than I liked.
It made me aware of just how frustrating everyday life could be, to those who had allergies or multiple sensitivities. I strive to make my shop the exception. Therefore, all of the materials I use in my work, are high quality and allergy sensitive! Most of the Hypoallergenic Metals I craft from, include: Gold, White Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Vermeil or "Silver Guilt", Niobium, Implant Grade Surgical Steel, Implant Grade Titanium, 304/316L Stainless Steel, and Genuine Stone. --- Thank You so much for taking an interest in my art and business!

Meet the Creator
My name is Brittney Arielle, and I am the owner of Cryptic Creations! I started this business back in 2019, after graduating College with my Bachelors in Psychology.
Although I chose a career in mental health, art has always been a passion of mine. And ironically- jewelry is something only recently pursued- my first love being realism portraits! The mediums I prefer are graphite, charcoal, and colored pencil.
I am extremely passionate about mental health and advocating for largely stigmatized disorders, such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Psychotic Disorders. Once my Masters is complete, I hope to specialize in BPD.
Another big part of my life is fashion.
However, I tend to be guided by my own artistic eye, rather than the current trends of a studio industry. Dark and monochromatic styles are often my foundation- with a hint of grunge or alternative flair.
